The William Inglis Hotel – Warwick Farm

If you love the Sydney area, but don’t want to be in the city centre, then The William Inglis Hotel – MGallery by Sofitel could be perfect. A boutique hotel in the suburb of Warwick Farm, it’s still just a 25 minute drive from Sydney Airport.

The William Inglis is a thoroughly modern hotel. The rooms are decorated in a timeless, luxurious style. Pale colours contrast with dark woods while dashes of colour bring highlights. The Executive King Suite, in a corner location, offers two large windows allowing not just a lot of light, but great views of the neighbouring Warwick Farms Racecourse.

The Newmarket restaurant offers vegetarian, gluten free and dairy free options. The Heroic Café is a great option for breakfast or lighter lunches. If you just want a quiet drink, then the 1867 Lounge is open Friday and Saturday evenings. If you’ve got a big conference lined up, then The Sales Arena can accommodate up to 1,000 people.

This is a great location from which to explore the natural side of New South Wales. The Blue Mountains National Park is a photographer’s dream and is just a 60 – 75 minute drive west. There are also more national parks south-west and north-west no more than a two hour drive away.
